Chris and John were on time, very professional, and very pleasant! They informed us about several tips for taking care of our plumbing and clearly explained our options to fix our existing leaking faucet. They efficiently completed the work to install a new faucet and we were very satisfied! Becky who set up our appointment on the phone was also very nice and helpful. We will be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

I have utilized Nixco since I moved here 8 years ago. I had 2 issues today..a sink not draining and a toilet seat that broke!! I called yesterday and Mary was friendly and quickly scheduled me for today. Chris came out on time and was efficient, friendly and very professional He quickly resolved both problems.Nixco is my “ go too” for all my plumbing needs. They are a local family owned company that has always done a great job for me💕

I definitely recommend Nixco for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used Nixco to install a water heater, modify the plumbing to my refrigerator water filtration system, and most recently they fixed a problem with water backing into my dishwasher. Todd and Paddy did a great job fixing the water backup issue I have been experiencing most recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without overselling beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. This kept the price down. In 2018, Todd also installed my water heater. He fitted it with a tub under the water heater and a pcv pipe to the basement drain. I’ve never had a problem with the water I’ve been using Nixco for 15 to 20 years. I started with Nixco with my previous house and continued after moving into a condo. They are trustworthy, reliable, and they don’t oversell.

Jared and his assistant (sorry forgot his name) were prompt, polite, professional, and answered all my questions! I was given options to fix my plumbing issue, a first! I will request Jared again if possible!

Chris and Alex came out to update my sewage pump. I bought the pump and they did a great job installing it, including a new plastic 8-bolt cover. Chris worked extra hard to get the sump sealed for both water and gas leaks. They wanted to use a different check valve, but I wanted to keep my specialty one for quiet operation. Honestly didn't see a need for a different check valve as mine was 2 months old, so they agreed and used mine. Great guys to work with. They are sensible and knowledgeable.

Let me first say thank you for returning my call for service whereas two other vendors must have been too busy to return multiple calls for service. Shawn was amazing at helping me review the age of our systems and offered solutions then took care of the work the same day. We had multiple items that must be replaced due to age, and they did a great job. Joining Shawn was Kyle and while he is new to business, he had a desire to learn vs waiting around for something to do. Shawn was an excellent coach as he teaches the plumbing trade to Kyle. So nice to have hired a company that responded and is working to fill the trade gap while doing excellent work. I will hire them for the next job that comes up. Thank you!!!

Good experience from initial contact through installation. Scheduling appointment was easy, and I appreciated the reminders for the appointment and the notice when the technicians were on the way. Nixco was able to send someone out within a hour of calling for service. Shawn did a great job explaining why my sewer line backed up a second time in just a couple of months. He was able to clear the clog and gave me recommendations for keeping that line clear. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely use Nixco again.

I was informed when Nathan was to arrive, that he was running late and he could still come that afternoon or in the morning, and that he had arrived. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Even though it was late he answered my many questions. I did not feel that he was rushing to finish. He assessed the problem, explained the repair and gave me a price to fix it. He replaced a faulty valve and examined the leak from our dishwasher and made suggestions. I think prices could be lower but I feel confident in the work done. I am pleased with the Nixco service and will use them again.

Our 99 year old home had a significant problem with a back up of sewer pipes due to tree roots. Nixco scheduled our service quickly, and Audie was thoughtful in finding the problem and the best solution. Audie and Paddy did an excellent job and were great about communicating what needed to be done and were up front about the cost of the work. We are confident that they have solved our problem. We appreciated their professionalism and hard work. We would highly recommend Nixco.

Audie is as great! He seemed honest and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us, answered all of our questions. Fixed the shower head (dripping, not hot enough) and added a pressure valve to the water heater and replaced the expansion tank, all in the same day before I had to leave for book club. Excellent!
