Audie Reed did my water heater install, and he was very professional and did a great job. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay (almost $3500 for the tank and labor), but it does come with a 10 year extended warranty. Overall, very satisfactory service, and there was no pressure.

Shawn and Alex were amazing they came in fixed my drain and explained why I was having the issues I was having along with what my next steps needed to be.

The whole process couldn't have been easier! I scheduled online and got confirmation that my desired date and time were available. On the day of the appointment, I got a text WITH A PICTURE of my technician, which is great for security. I knew that he was on the way. Todd and Paddy arrived in a branded truck and wearing uniforms. The quickly got to work and installed my new kitchen faucet without incident. They were professional, polite, and positively just what we needed. If this is what I can except in the future, I will not hesitate to use Nixco again.

Nixco always does an outstanding job. All their team members are great and hard workers but we really like Shaun’s visits. He a hard worker and a nice guy to talk to.

Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was respectful of the property, wearing shoe covers while inside and laying out a drop cloth to set the toilet on while he had it removed. He was on time and was efficient.

Called Nixco on Saturday when we discovered we had a burst pipe that runs to the exterior frost-free faucet. They were able to come Monday morning to evaluate and address the issue. We had John & John and they were great! They texted when they were on their way and once here they clearly explained the process they would take to determine the fix, provided options & costs, and then did the work we agreed on. Really appreciated the company’s responsiveness and John & John’s professionalism I doing the work and explaining what was involved. Because the pipe was behind drywall they needed to cut the drywall to access the pipe. They explained this and took great care to make the cut as small as possible and even did it in a way that it can be camouflaged with a cold air return cover. (Note: this was not an emergency so waiting until Monday was doable. Nixco offered emergency service, but it wasn’t necessary in our case.)

We recently bought a new patio home and because of our previous positive experience with Nixco installing an expansion tank on our condo, we turned to them once again for our plumbing needs of our new home. John were fantastic in their customer service, professionalism and expertise in putting in a new sump and back-up sump pump for us. Afterward, I asked them about an expansion tank for our water heater, as I noticed that we did not have one. They had noticed as well. Two days later John & John were back to install an expansion tank, pressure regulator valve and making sure our water pressure was set appropriately. They answered all of our questions and were very thorough in their workmanship and making sure we were completely satisfied. Top notch service! We highly recommend them for any plumbing services you may need.

We've used Nixco several times now and never been disappointed. In fact, we've been quite pleased. Part of that is the fact we got the same technician a couple times and he knows us and we know him now. No idea if it's because of geography or chance, but we'll take it. Nathan is always on time, always explains what he thinks we need, tells us the cost up front, and leaves the place actually cleaner than he finds it. In a trade that gets a lot of bad raps, these guys are changing the narrative. Give 'em a shot. (Nathan has great sense of humor, too!)

Todd Reed and Paddy Omlor, my NixCo Service Technicians, were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional with troubleshooting the problem then removal/replacement of my old expansion tank with new. I had a broken pipe due to freezing temperatures. Nixco was amazing to work with. Very professional and responsive, both in person and on the phone. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn and Alex. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. In order to get to my broken pipe, they had to remove my bathroom garden tub. This turned into quiet an ordeal, but they handled it extremely well. I have to file an insurance claim and Shawn helped me get all the pictures and documents I needed for them. He offered to be available on the phone if the insurance adjuster had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Nixco again and I highly recommend this company!

I was house sitting and discovered a leak in the basement, I freaked. I called Nixco and they sent out Audie Reed, the service technician, first thing in the morning. He went out of his way to help me with the mess and fixed the problem. He kept the price reasonable, which I appreciated considering the circumstances. I am going to use them with a few issues I have at my house.

Today I had Todd And Paddy come out to fix a toilet flange and pipe from our upstairs bathroom. They were very knowledgeable and didn't disrupt a very busy office.

Had a refrigerator line replaced same day. Service was done well but it was more expensive than expected.

I had the sump pump replaced. Jared arrived inside the expected timeframe and was quick to diagnose the issue and provide the recommended approach. Fix was completed before the time estimated. Great service overall

My sump pump stopped working just as we had heavy rains. I called 3 plumbers but none were available. It was easy to schedule a visit with Nixco. Jared came in as scheduled and was very efficient in explaining the problem and providing alternative solutions. I’m glad that I chose Nixco to replace the sump pump.

We discovered water flooding our basement and what appeared to be our walkout outside drain not draining. I spoke to their office at 7:15am, and Audie arrived just after 8am. Wonderfully quick response to our emergency. Audi was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, offered options and pricing, and completed the work with great results.
