I have been a Nixco customer for 5+ years. They have addressed irrigation / Backflow issues, water lines blocked by tree roots, and other plumbing issues. They are extremely professional and efficient, I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
Detail diagnosis, prompt scheduling and on time service. Great communication and technical skills. Project was completed on time within budget. Customer service was very professional and responsive.
Our new homeowner’s insurance is requiring one of those leak detector/whole house shutoff devices. Called these guys for a second estimate as I thought the first one was high. Not only was their estimate about 20% less for the same device, the plumber (Mason) said I can actually do it right now if you want. This was great as I already had blocked a half day off just for the estimate. He did a great on the work, made sure everything was cleaned up well, and walked me through the app setup. I will definitely use them again and request Mason.
Very professional, prompt. Knowledgeable. Definitely will use them again. Came early for a leak on water heater, and were able to bring one that day and replaced it. During a rainstorm, too! Will continue to use them.

We've used Nixco a couple of times, the service is always quick, knowledgeable, and supportive. Most recently, Shawn and Paddy were our plumbers and they were so incredibly easy to work with that I have no doubt in my mind that the next time I need plumbing services, I'm going straight back to Nixco
Jared McCall diagnosed our whistling sound while water was running as a pressure valve issue and replaced the part eliminating the annoying noise. Shawn Crank did an excellent job of diagnosing and addressing our sump pump issues. We had another plumbing company out to address the problem and the issue recurred 8 days later after they supposedly resolved the concern. Now the problem is actually solved. NIxco's excavation team replaced our sump pump drainage discharge line that had become reconnected from the main storm sewer line running along the streeet. Nathan Floyd did a great job diagnosing our low water pressure issue and he and Kyle did an expert job of replacing our water softener. Kyle Cox and Owen fixed our leaking primary bath faucet. They had the parts on their truck and were able to repair the faucet quickly.

I scheduled the appointment and they came out the next day. The technician named Mason (the guy, not the city) was incredible. He figured out the problem quickly and repaired it right away.

Our sump pump flooded our basement, and not only did they provide helpful options for remediating the problem, they also connected us with a company that is trusted to clean and dry the carpet carpets. They were professional and timely!

Called NixCo for a leaking PRV & they accommodated a quick appointment. Jared McCall, the service technician, assessed what was needed & recommended replacement. He explained the steps necessary and was able to complete the work very timely. I definitely recommend NixCo & Jared for plumbing services.
We recently required emergency services and called Nixco on a Sunday afternoon. Our technician Jared McCall arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly began accessing the issue using a camera and determined the issue must be outside the house. He located the sewer cleanout and using his auger and camera found we had root intrusion in our pipe. He was able open the clog but determined he needed to return the next morning with more powerful equipment to fully break through the roots, which was completed in about 90 minutes. We were completely satisfied with Nixco and Jared’s professionalism. We will continue to use Nixco for future plumbing services.
I had a great experience with Mark Gossler at Neyer/Nixco Plumbing. My mother's hot water heater was leaking from a spot that the technician said was not usual. Instead of just replacing the part that was leaking, he spot checked multiple places around the house to find what was causing the leak and was able to fix all issues that day.
Had an issue with an outdoor faucet and a toilet that would not fill. Todd and Paddy arrived during the scheduled time window, assessed the issues and provided me with options on how to fix them. They took time to answer any questions, finished the jobs in a timely matter and cleaned up afterwards. Second experience with the company and no complaints.
