Got a surprise when I found my sump pump motor was burning up! Called Nixco and they came out right away! Shawn and Kyle had me fixed in no time. I will call Nixco for all of my plumbing needs!
Neyer (Nixco) Plumbing came out to fix my bathtub drain. Making the appointment was very easy, and they came out the same day. Dre came to repair my drain and he was highly skilled, friendly and a very nice guy. He was very upfront detailing the potential costs (fortunately, I just needed a new trip lever, so it was a very quick fix! I will definitely use this plumber again for all of my plumbing needs!
Nixco is my plumber of choice! Chris is always professional and friendly! Chris also put in my gas line for my wonderful no longer new GAS stove. Today I called about my water flow on the water line, AGAIN, Chris came through!
Chris did an excellent job installing a new backflow preventer, response was excellent, communication was excellent. Office staff was great. Price was a bit higher than I thought it should be for labor but I typically do my own work.
Audie did an AMAZING job locating the problem with our plumbing!! We have had several issues and he came in and solved the issue right away! He was also very nice, helpful and personable!
We have used Nixco at our church for several commercial applications. We have a back flow preventer valve, and Chris just came out an inspected it for our annual check. We have been pleased with the work they have performed on several of our systems.

Kris Bole and Alex installed a new kitchen faucet for me today. They arrived on time and presented me with several options for the replacement. I elected to purchase the faucet from Nixco directly and they did the installation in less than an hour. Their work was very professional and I am pleased with the job they did.
Kyle did a great job connecting our new gas grill line to the old one.
Installed a new water heater a few years ago. Best experience ever. Had them replace a dishwasher. Both times the tech has been wonderful! Scheduling is simple. Prices are reasonable and I feel good supporting a small business that treats its employees well. Will use them over and over again! Updated 2026- still using this wonderful company. Shawn was out today to fix a toilet and did a great job and on time.
The Nixco team of Kyle & Mason were professional, knowledgeable and personable. The replacement of our sump pump was done in no time. What a breath of fresh air it was to have service people in our home who like what they do.

Nixco plumbing Shawn C. from Nixco came out and replaced the dual check valve and the PRV at the main water line coming into the house. Shawn also replaced three lavatory faucets for us. He was very conscientious about his work and he did double check everything again after he was done. He went over and beyond answering questions we had. We will definitely ask for Shawn again when calling Nixco for future repairs.
Dre cane to check out my hot water heater which as I suspected needed to be replaced. He came on time, answered all my questions, completed the work and cleaned up his mess! Even the wheels on the dolly he used to carry the hot water heater were covered!😃. He tightened my kitchen faucet, too. Nixco came highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

Although not a big emergency, we used the after hours service for a clogged disposal as we were having guests for dinner. We were contacted in a timely manner. John was professional, friendly and not phased by the flurry of activity in the kitchen around him. Pricing was discussed upfront The job was finished and cleaned up promptly. Definitely will use Nixco for future plumbing needs.

I went online yesterday to book an appointment. This morning, exactly at 8am, arrived Mason and Audie at my house. Mason did a fantastic job replacing the shut off valve beneath the kitchen sink. Both Mason and Audie were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend both gentlemen and Nixco Plumbing the next time you need a plumber.

Every service call we’ve had with NixCo Plumbing has been extremely professional. Called on Tuesday, Mason W and Kris B were out on Wednesday to provide estimates for what we thought was a serious water pressure issue raised by our RO water company. They tested and explained why their finding wasn’t as serious as we were told. There are items we have to discuss with our HOA before making any repairs/adding a pressure valve but I am extremely confident that NixCo will do a great job. There were a few other items we wanted estimates for (two leaky faucets, bathroom remodel/shut off valves needed and corrosion on water main). Mason and Kris checked those items out, explained what the work involved would require, then gave estimates for those as well. Very appreciative of their time and professionalism.
Once again, a Great experience with a very knowledgeable technician Shawn C. I will recommend Nixco to anyone who asks.

Our technician Shawn Crank showed up right on time and diagnosed and explained the situation of the sewer back up in the kitchen. He then fixed the flooded sink and to my surprise cleaned the kitchen sink, counter and floor. I was extremely pleased and can only recommend Shawn with NixCo. Plumbing. He went over and beyond of my expectations.
The guys were professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. This will be an experience project and I am hoping they will give me a good quote. I have trust that they will do a great job.
We experienced a water backup in the kitchen sink after not being in the home for almost 3 weeks. The kitchen was mostly flooded and the water seeped into the carpet of the dining and living rooms in the open concept condo. A neighbor recommended Nixco. We come down from Michigan, so were glad to get a recommendation. We called them and they sent Shawn out. Shawn was super friendly and professional! He saw the mess and also arranged for a restoration company right away. Shawn and his collegue did a wonderful job explaining what happened, fixing the issue, cleaning up and making sure that everything was left perfectly, including making us feel comfortable with the process! I would highly recommend Nixco, and especially Shawn! Thank you, guys!!
