Nixco Plumbing – Sewer Line Repair / Replacement

We had our hot water heater replaced by Kris B and Alex. They did an excellent job, diligently completed the replacement and were very good work with. We are a loyal customer of Nixco and have been impressed with their staff each time and the quality of their work.

Nathan and Paddy came out to replace a pinched water pipe below my garage. They arrived when scheduled and completed it in one day, like they planned. They were both friendly and answered any questions I had. The job entailed jackhammering through the cement floor and digging about 4.5 feet down. They dealt with the challenges of the task. My water volume and pressure is now outstanding. As for the price, my condo association paid for it, so I have no knowledge.

We’ve had Chris McClure from Nixco multiple times. He’s always respectful, friendly, prompt and thorough. Today, he and his working partner, Paddy, replaced a sump pump in record time. They walked us through the operation and controls and cleaned up the work area. Highly recommend Nixco, Chris and Paddy.

Nathan was fantastic! We had a busted hose bib that flooded our basement. Within two hours of calling Nixco, Nathan had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. John, Jason & Greg came and fixed our sump pump lines that lead to the storm sewer. After they assessed our situation they came bk with a back hoe in a timely manner . They did an exceptional job! All 3 were very conscientious, extremely polite & professional and were able to fix our sump pump lines in the front yard. They operated a back hoe & even saved our sod! Once everything was finished they put everything back and our yard looks great w the sod placed back over the giant ditch they had to make. The new sump pump lines are operating perfectly. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing!

We were thoroughly impressed with Nixco and their service technician, Chris McClure! We talked to Becky (the receptionist) at Nixco and requested Chris, due to wonderful reviews online he had for his work! Becky had Chris scheduled to be at our house the very next morning. Our kitchen sink was completely plugged up, and he finally had to go up on the roof and unplug the line from there. We are very grateful to Chris, and highly recommend him if you have plumbing needs!

Service person, Jared McCall and his associate, John did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and fixing the problem of a clogged drain. They were patient with me and very sensitive to keeping my home clean by putting on and taking off shoe covers. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. They came out the same day to assess our leaking main water line and provided a very competitive price. The work was scheduled for the following week and completed efficiently. Todd, the plumber, did an excellent job overseeing the entire project and crew. The main line—from the meter to the washer room (main valve)—was replaced in just one day. Other reputable companies we contacted estimated it would take up to three days (with no water during that time) and quoted prices about 20% higher. We were also impressed with the responsive and helpful office staff. Todd and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This company clearly has the right people, expertise, and equipment, and they deliver top-notch service at a great value. Other small businesses should take a note.

Knowledgeable, professional, kind…great service! Audie was awesome! Finally got the spray faucet in utility tub that I’ve wanted for a long time. Fixed toilet and freshen up guest bathroom with new faucet. Highly recommend Nixco Plumbing!

Nixco was able to send someone out within a hour of calling for service. Shawn did a great job explaining why my floor drain backed up a second time in just a couple of months. He was able to clear the clog and gave me recommendations for keeping that line clear. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely use Nixco again.

Jared McCall diagnosed our whistling sound while water was running as a pressure valve issue and replaced the part eliminating the annoying noise. Shawn Crank did an excellent job of diagnosing and addressing our sump pump issues. We had another plumbing company out to address the problem and the issue recurred 8 days later after they supposedly resolved the concern. Now the problem is actually solved. NIxco's excavation team replaced our sump pump drainage discharge line that had become reconnected from the main storm sewer line running along the streeet. Nathan Floyd did a great job diagnosing our low water pressure issue and he and Kyle did an expert job of replacing our water softener.

5 Stars for Chris! Our house is in need of some plumbing upgrades so we call Nixco for help. We were lucky enough to get Chris for a second time and as before he was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and a total professional. He explained what needed fixing, showed us the issues and gave us a straightforward quote with no pressure. Plus he checked and rechecked everything to make sure all was in order. Problems like this used to stress us out but knowing Chris is on the job is a huge relief! Truly the best in Cincinnati!!
