I was house sitting and discovered a leak in the basement, I freaked. I called Nixco and they sent out Audie Reed, the service technician, first thing in the morning. He went out of his way to help me with the mess and fixed the problem. He kept the price reasonable, which I appreciated considering the circumstances. I am going to use them with a few issues I have at my house.

NixCo Plumbing was fantastic to work with. They provided a quick turnaround from my initial inquiry to installation. Audie was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and helpful throughout the process. Audie also explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

A few weeks ago, Chris came to my house to check a few plumbing issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of my options for what could be replaced, fixed, or what was still working well. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. He later came back with Mason to finish a few things and they were both on time, professional, and did a great job. I haven’t had any issues since they came! Thank you for the great service.
Today I had Todd And Paddy come out to fix a toilet flange and pipe from our upstairs bathroom. They were very knowledgeable and didn't disrupt a very busy office.
Nixco Plumbing sent their technician Shawn out to open up a sluggish patio drain. Shawn was professional, efficient and got the job done. We always use Nixco Plumbing with great results. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
My sump pump stopped working just as we had heavy rains. I called 3 plumbers but none were available. It was easy to schedule a visit with Nixco. Jared came in as scheduled and was very efficient in explaining the problem and providing alternative solutions. I’m glad that I chose Nixco to replace the sump pump.
We discovered water flooding our basement and what appeared to be our walkout outside drain not draining. I spoke to their office at 7:15am, and Audie arrived just after 8am. Wonderfully quick response to our emergency. Audi was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, offered options and pricing, and completed the work with great results. He was also very professional and friendly. We will absolutely use Nixco again for any future work.
Jared, our plumber was outstanding. Respected our home on arrival, was courteous and professional. Provided us with alternatives and completed our faucet repair in a most timely fashion.

I have been using Nixco for many years. I have never had a bad experience. I buy their annual service plan and it has really paid off for me. I woke up this morning to a backed up kitchen sink. Shawn Crank was here within 2 hours of my call. He fixed me right up, then did a health and safety check of my home. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wish I got service like this from everyone! I tried to add a second review but Google will only let me edit this one so let me say that Chris McClure has done FANTASTIC work on my house for years - he even replumbed my entire house years ago - have not had a problem since! Today he replace my whole house water filter. He is professional AND personable. A delight!
Saved by Nixco's Master Plumber John Krusling & Brennan - John quickly came up with a way to bypass the under-the-slab leak in my condo - and restored hot water to my bathroom. NO more cold showers there! After the leak locators found the nasty leak, John and Mason did heroic work drilling out the concrete, even had to have kitchen cabinets removed, butr they found the leak, replaced the pipes, filled the huge hole with concrete - took all day, but they got the job done, cleaned up, and restored my kitchen. Very grateful for their prompt, courteous, and thorough work - my house is "whole" again. Better than I had any reason to expect - Kudos to Nixco, John, and Mason!
I called Nixco because I was suspecting that I might have a busted pipe in the basement during the very cold days. Office staff is wonderful. They were super helpful and set up an appointment for the same day. I had to be at work, so I didn't meet the technician who came to look at the problem, but I had family members here who met him. I was quoted $1000 which I thought was due to the busted pipe, but once they opened the wall, they were not able to see any damage and the price dropped. Later, after I had paid, I looked at the invoice and noticed a charge that had not been mentioned. I called the office and spoke to Guy and he immediately removed that charge. Overall, I am very happy and I would use them again. I'm just not certain if the technician would have dropped the price had my friend who was here and knowledgeable about the issue not suggested that he run water through the pipe first to see if there was any damage. His impression was that the technician would have changed the pipe and charged me the initial quoted $1000.That's why I took off 1 star.
The two gentlemen that visited my home today were absolutely phenomenal!! I would highly recommend Nixco to anyone!! Audie was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly!!

I’ve used NixCo a couple times now for my business and have had a great experience each time. Would recommend! They are timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a problem one day and the next morning they were able to come out to assist me.
Kris was our technician. He was very friendly and even worked us into an already packed schedule because he was afraid the leak at my Mother in law's house might get worse if we had to wait another day. He truly went the extra mile. Nixco truly cares about it's customers. We have used them for several projects between our own house and my elderly mother in laws' home. Always prompt. Great customer service, and excellent communication with the customer. We highly recommend this local Mason company.

Super nice guys, Todd and Paddy came out here to help me deal with a yucky issue. They worked so hard to get the issue fixed and explained what was going on every step of the way. I don’t know how they carry some of that equipment up and down stairs every single day but it was impressive (and made my back hurt watching them). Thank goodness for them today, they saved the day!
Chris McClure did a thorough job making sure he addressed our main issues and was clear in his communication about what the options are moving forward. He also had a great cheerful disposition which makes a difference when you are having a bad day with plumbing issues. I highly recommend!

Nixco is the absolute best! Their level of service is without peer in the industry. They'll let you know who is coming, a picture of the individual and some background on them. It personalizes the entire experience. Their plumbers are top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Audie took care of us today and he and his apprentice on hand were wonderful! They kept us informed, did a thorough job and cleaned the entire area. They had to add a couple of additional steps to complete the job but didn't increase the cost unnecessarily. What a great company. Thank you Nixco!

Incredible service Nathan, Alex and Paddy!! We had a floor drain issue where the pitch was not correct (from settling) from the floor drain going out to the main drain out of the house. We spoke with at least a dozen different plumbers and drain “experts” and everyone told us different stories on how to resolve the issue. I called Warren County building permits inspections and they recommended NixCo. Nathan came out to inspect our problem and immediately had a plan on how to fix the issue. Out of all the plumbers I spoke to, his knowledge and recommendation was the one I felt the most comfortable with. We needed about 25 ft (picture below was about 15 ft of repair) of foundation that needed to be jackhammered, new PVC with proper fall and concrete put back. Nathan, Alex and Paddy were always on time, very professional/polite and kept me posted on everything and always happy to answer any questions. Great price, great customer service! I would highly recommend and use NixCo.
John and Alex were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They presented options and answered my questions thoroughly. They arrived on time and treated my home as their own. I will use Nixco Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and request these two gentlemen. They are a class act!
Nathan was very nice & took care of removing the broken water softener purchased at a retail store. I thought the cost was too high though.
Just had Kris and Mason come out to look at our softener and test our hardness. Had a great experience with them both and appreciate their hard work and efforts. Having them put in a new water softener in sometime soon, can’t wait for more excellent service!
