Service person, Jared McCall and his associate, John did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and fixing the problem of a clogged drain. They were patient with me and very sensitive to keeping my home clean by putting on and taking off shoe covers. I would hope either of these service persons would be my service person in the future, if needing service.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. They came out the same day to assess our leaking main water line and provided a very competitive price. The work was scheduled for the following week and completed efficiently. Todd, the plumber, did an excellent job overseeing the entire project and crew. The main line—from the meter to the washer room (main valve)—was replaced in just one day. Other reputable companies we contacted estimated it would take up to three days (with no water during that time) and quoted prices about 20% higher. We were also impressed with the responsive and helpful office staff. Todd and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This company clearly has the right people, expertise, and equipment, and they deliver top-notch service at a great value. Other small businesses should take a note.

Knowledgeable, professional, kind…great service! Audie was awesome! Finally got the spray faucet in utility tub that I’ve wanted for a long time. Fixed toilet and freshen up guest bathroom with new faucet. Highly recommend Nixco Plumbing!

Nixco was able to send someone out within a hour of calling for service. Shawn did a great job explaining why my floor drain backed up a second time in just a couple of months. He was able to clear the clog and gave me recommendations for keeping that line clear. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely use Nixco again.

Jared McCall diagnosed our whistling sound while water was running as a pressure valve issue and replaced the part eliminating the annoying noise. Shawn Crank did an excellent job of diagnosing and addressing our sump pump issues. We had another plumbing company out to address the problem and the issue recurred 8 days later after they supposedly resolved the concern. Now the problem is actually solved. NIxco's excavation team replaced our sump pump drainage discharge line that had become reconnected from the main storm sewer line running along the streeet. Nathan Floyd did a great job diagnosing our low water pressure issue and he and Kyle did an expert job of replacing our water softener.

Audie did an excellent job repairing our valve and water heater! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He was also very kind and respectful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how patient he was with my kids being around and that he was friendly with them instead of seeming annoyed — it made a big difference. Chris McClure came to Vorhis & Ryan to do back flow testing. It failed however Chris was able to rebuilt onsite and gave property manager two options to repair it. He was quick, Knowledgeable, and easy ro do business with

5 Stars for Chris! Our house is in need of some plumbing upgrades so we call Nixco for help. We were lucky enough to get Chris for a second time and as before he was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and a total professional. He explained what needed fixing, showed us the issues and gave us a straightforward quote with no pressure. Plus he checked and rechecked everything to make sure all was in order. Problems like this used to stress us out but knowing Chris is on the job is a huge relief! Truly the best in Cincinnati!!

Nixco was a referral from another contractor. I am sure glad that they told me about this company. The two guys Jared and Jeff that came out were extremely knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Will definitely use them going forward.

Jared did a great job with our dripping shower. He showed up early and didn’t take long to complete the job. His knowledge helped us understand the issues we were having. So far I’m very pleased with Nixco and Jared.

I had an outdoor faucet replaced with an inside shut off valve installed. Guys were great and were done in an hour. The discounted price tag was higher then expected based on my research but I wanted to make sure it was done right.

Chris and John replaced our tankless hot water heater. Chris is a repeat technician at our house. Chris and John provided friendly and timely service. They did a thorough and neat job, and left the work area very clean. Hot water heater working great. This was an emergency call and Nixco was provided same-day service.

Audie Reed did my water heater install, and he was very professional and did a great job. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay (almost $3500 for the tank and labor), but it does come with a 10 year extended warranty. Overall, very satisfactory service, and there was no pressure.

The whole process couldn't have been easier! I scheduled online and got confirmation that my desired date and time were available. On the day of the appointment, I got a text WITH A PICTURE of my technician, which is great for security. I knew that he was on the way. Todd and Paddy arrived in a branded truck and wearing uniforms. The quickly got to work and installed my new kitchen faucet without incident. Good service, friendly employees, ease of scheduling

Nixco always does an outstanding job. All their team members are great and hard workers but we really like Shaun’s visits. He a hard worker and a nice guy to talk to.

Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was respectful of the property, wearing shoe covers while inside and laying out a drop cloth to set the toilet on while he had it removed. He was on time and was efficient.
