I noticed my dump pump wasn’t working after looking at it I couldn’t find the issue. Called Nixco and the quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Audie gave an ETA and arrived on time! He was very personable, knowledgeable and did his homework on our last repairs. He assessed the issue and much to our surprise, it was just the control panel in the battery back-up. No need for a new sump, only the battery & control panel. He also checked our hot water tank and noticed the expansion tank was faulty. Thanks Nico for being honest and forthcoming…it saved us money & prevented emergency situations. Being a NIXCO CBustomer is well worth it!!!

I had a few pluming jobs and needed a professional. I have used Nixco in the past and didn’t hesitate to call when this need arose. I was able to get a fast appointment, confirmation emails and a text to alert me of their ETA. Chris Mc arrived on schedule and wore protective footwear to protect my floors. He went from task to task providing options and quotes before work began - it turns out I didn’t need as extensive repairs as I thought and saved some $$. The completed work was perfect and the space left clean. I have no regrets engaging Nixco and can highly recommend them for projects large and small.

Let me first say thank you for returning my call for service whereas two other vendors must have been too busy to return multiple calls for service. Shawn was amazing at helping me review the age of our systems and offered solutions then took care of the work the same day. We had multiple items that must be replaced due to age, and they did a great job. Joining Shawn was Kyle and while he is new to business, he had a desire to learn vs waiting around for something to do. Shawn was an excellent coach as he teaches the plumbing trade to Kyle. So nice to have hired a company that responded and is working to fill the trade gap while doing excellent work. I will hire them for the next job that comes up. Thank you!!!

This was our third use of Nixco for plumbing problems. Today Jared and John came to work on our dead water heater. Just as with the other two visits the guys were knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. It's good to have plumbers you can trust. We send all of our friends to Nixco with confidence.
Had a faulty water heater that needed replaced. I definitely was not happy that I had to replace a water heater, but oh the joys of home ownership. I was fortunate to get ahold of NixCo (I used to work with Neyer, but NixCo and Neyer seemed to have merged) and that they happened to have an appointment available that day (that was a miracle!). Kris B. was my service technician and Mason W. was his helper. Both were friendly, polite, patient, and well trained (Kris was doing a a great job coaching Mason). Kris and Mason made it a pleasant experience. They were conscientious of not making a mess and told me what I needed to know, and answered all of my questions. They installed a Bradford White ICON System that comes with a 10 year warranty. They started at 2 PM and wrapped up just before 4 PM. I'm glad to be able to have hot water. I would definitely ask for both of them back and this experience with NixCo seems consistent with my prior experiences with Neyer.
Todd did an excellent job not only did he and his crew install a new gasoline, but when our hot water stopped working he was very responsive and helped fix our issue quickly! Couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from everyone at Nixco!

Every service call we’ve had with NixCo Plumbing has been extremely professional. Called on Tuesday, Mason W and Kris B were out on Wednesday to provide estimates for what we thought was a serious water pressure issue raised by our RO water company. They tested and explained why their finding wasn’t as serious as we were told. There are items we have to discuss with our HOA before making any repairs/adding a pressure valve but I am extremely confident that NixCo will do a great job. There were a few other items we wanted estimates for (two leaky faucets, bathroom remodel/shut off valves needed and corrosion on water main). Mason and Kris checked those items out, explained what the work involved would require, then gave estimates for those as well. Very appreciative of their time and professionalism.
I definitely recommend Nixco for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used Nixco to install a water heater, modify the plumbing to my refrigerator water filtration system, and most recently they fixed a problem with water backing into my dishwasher. Todd and Paddy did a great job fixing the water backup issue I have been experiencing most recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without overselling beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. This kept the price down. In 2018, Todd also installed my water heater. He fitted it with a tub under the water heater and a pcv pipe to the basement drain. I’ve never had a problem with the water I’ve been using Nixco for 15 to 20 years. I started with Nixco with my previous house and continued after moving into a condo. They are trustworthy, reliable, and they don’t oversell.
I have utilized Nixco since I moved here 8 years ago. I had 2 issues today..a sink not draining and a toilet seat that broke!! I called yesterday and Mary was friendly and quickly scheduled me for today. Chris came out on time and was efficient, friendly and very professional He quickly resolved both problems.Nixco is my “ go too” for all my plumbing needs. They are a local family owned company that has always done a great job for me💕

Chris McClure always goes above and beyond to fix whatever plumbing problem you have. Great at troubleshooting until he gets to the root cause. Chris is respectful of your property and cleans up everything when he's done. Very happy that I have him for a plumber.

Chris and John were on time, very professional, and very pleasant! They informed us about several tips for taking care of our plumbing and clearly explained our options to fix our existing leaking faucet. They efficiently completed the work to install a new faucet and we were very satisfied! Becky who set up our appointment on the phone was also very nice and helpful. We will be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.
Had a fabulous service call with Audie. He very efficiently fixed our tub and even noticed something with the hot water heater and was able to fix that in the same visit!
We had an issue with our drain that was causing a leak when our washing machine was on. From the staff member that initially took my call to Shawn who came out and was so patient and kind and solved the problem ( and an extra one) , the entire process was actually pleasant. We have had many plumbers throughout the years and Nixco is definitely my favorite! They even called the day after to make sure I was happy with the work! Very class act operation and I will definitely be calling them again with if any other plumbing issues come up. Thank you Nixco!!

Just had Kris and Mason come out to look at our softener and test our hardness. Had a great experience with them both and appreciate their hard work and efforts. Having them put in a new water softener in sometime soon, can’t wait for more excellent service!
Nathan was very nice & took care of removing the broken water softener purchased at a retail store. I thought the cost was too high though.
John and Alex were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They presented options and answered my questions thoroughly. They arrived on time and treated my home as their own. I will use Nixco Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and request these two gentlemen. They are a class act!
Incredible service Nathan, Alex and Paddy!! We had a floor drain issue where the pitch was not correct (from settling) from the floor drain going out to the main drain out of the house. We spoke with at least a dozen different plumbers and drain “experts” and everyone told us different stories on how to resolve the issue. I called Warren County building permits inspections and they recommended NixCo. Nathan came out to inspect our problem and immediately had a plan on how to fix the issue. Out of all the plumbers I spoke to, his knowledge and recommendation was the one I felt the most comfortable with. We needed about 25 ft (picture below was about 15 ft of repair) of foundation that needed to be jackhammered, new PVC with proper fall and concrete put back. Nathan, Alex and Paddy were always on time, very professional/polite and kept me posted on everything and always happy to answer any questions. Great price, great customer service! I would highly recommend and use NixCo.

Nixco is the absolute best! Their level of service is without peer in the industry. They'll let you know who is coming, a picture of the individual and some background on them. It personalizes the entire experience. Their plumbers are top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Audie took care of us today and he and his apprentice on hand were wonderful! They kept us informed, did a thorough job and cleaned the entire area. They had to add a couple of additional steps to complete the job but didn't increase the cost unnecessarily. What a great company. Thank you Nixco!
Chris McClure came and replaced my backflow system at the Reading Rock RDC here in Centerville. He’s always so friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and issues at hand. I only use him for all plumbing issues!
