The service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address the issue with my faucet.

Since my water heater was 19 years old, I decided to replace it before a disaster happened. The hot water was taking a long time to heat and it had a terrible taste. I called Nixco because I had seen favorable reviews. They came the next day even though it wasn’t an emergency. After speaking to Todd and his apprentice, I decided to replace with a new, more efficient heater. They were both excellent in their skills and provided clean up and hauling of old tank. I would also like to thank the office staff for their help. I definitely recommend Nixco plumbing

Wow - Nixco is great to work with. I called Nixco at 9:00 AM, and the company technician. A helpful person gathered the required details. Jared, the Nixco tech, arrived within 90 minutes. After analyzing the situation, Jared gave me a proposal to run a camera down the drain line. (The proposal was very comparable to other service companies). I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of Jared and Nixco. Jared determined and resolved the problem. If needed in the future I will be calling Nixco again. Thank you.

Excellent service! I needed to replace my Rinnai tankless water heater asap. I called Nixco Plumbing for a service call. That day, they promptly dispatched service tech Nathan. He gave me an estimate for a new water heater and recommended(based on my water hardness) that I pair it with a water softener. He was able to schedule the install for the next day. Nathan and fellow tech Audie completed the install as scheduled within 5hrs. They where very professional and informative. Based on my experience, I plan to remain a customer. Great Job!

Jared and Mason were fantastic in their customer service, professionalism and expertise in taking care of our expansion tank installation, pressure regulator valve and making sure our water pressure was set appropriately. Answered all of our questions and were very thorough in their workmanship and making sure we were completely satisfied. Top notch service! Kris Bole installed two new faucets in our master bathroom recently. He was friendly yet professional and answered all our questions honestly. We expected to get only an estimate, but Kris was able to do the install that very morning. Very good service, and Kris was great!

I’ve been using Nixco Plumbing for years, and at this point, I’m convinced they could probably fix a leaky faucet while blindfolded and still finish faster than most people can microwave a Hot Pocket. Their team is always friendly, quick, and professional—which is a dangerous combo, because now my other service providers look bad by comparison. Their online booking system is so easy it makes Amazon checkout look complicated. Seriously, I half expect it to ask me if I’d like fries with my appointment. Oh, and the real highlight: years ago, they installed a tankless water heater and handed me a Nixco-branded pizza cutter. To this day, every time we slice a pizza, I think, “Wow, this water heater is still running perfectly.” That’s marketing genius. Who else can say their plumber also doubled as their kitchenware supplier? Bottom line: Nixco fixes pipes, saves time, and keeps my pizza evenly sliced. What more could you possibly want in a plumbing company?

Fast response, professional and got the job done in one visit.

On a Thursday night our water heater cracked and was leaking. Within two hours of our call Chris was out to diagnose the issue and get us a temporary fix so we had hot water. Within 24 hours we had a new hot water heater installed and running. Chris and the team at Nixco Plumbing are great. Responsive and efficient. An excellent experience overall and I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The guys were very thoughtful caring took care of the job. Took the old one out, pressure test the incoming water. They showed me everything that I needed to see as far as a new hot water heater very thorough top notch job. I’m glad I called them.

We really appreciate the promptness and Sam was very friendly and thorough. Have used Nixco before and will use them again. (Overpriced for the time and materials but probably in line other companies)

Holiday weekend! Labor Day Sunday: From first call to office at 8:00 to response from technician around 10, arrival at 11 and finish 3 hours later, Chris was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the problem (sewer line blocked by pine tree roots) walked thru the repair process, gave estimate, finished work and all is well! Will use Nixco again if needed and hopefully Chris will be plumber coming out!

Chris is my preferred plumber. The office staff is also very friendly and customer-focused. Chris is truly exceptional and I can trust him.
