Nixco plumbing Shawn C. from Nixco came out and replaced the dual check valve and the PRV at the main water line coming into the house. Shawn also replaced three lavatory faucets for us. He was very conscientious about his work and he did double check everything again after he was done. He went over and beyond answering questions we had. We will definitely ask for Shawn again when calling Nixco for future repairs.

Dre cane to check out my hot water heater which as I suspected needed to be replaced. He came on time, answered all my questions, completed the work and cleaned up his mess! Even the wheels on the dolly he used to carry the hot water heater were covered!😃. He tightened my kitchen faucet, too. Nixco came highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

Although not a big emergency, we used the after hours service for a clogged disposal as we were having guests for dinner. We were contacted in a timely manner. I went online yesterday to book an appointment. This morning, exactly at 8am, arrived Mason and Audie at my house. Mason did a fantastic job replacing the shut off valve beneath the kitchen sink. Both Mason and Audie were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend both gentlemen and Nixco Plumbing the next time you need a plumber.

Every service call we’ve had with NixCo Plumbing has been extremely professional. Called on Tuesday, Mason W and Kris B were out on Wednesday to provide estimates for what we thought was a serious water pressure issue raised by our RO water company. They tested and explained why their finding wasn’t as serious as we were told. There are items we have to discuss with our HOA before making any repairs/adding a pressure valve but I am extremely confident that NixCo will do a great job. There were a few other items we wanted estimates for (two leaky faucets, bathroom remodel/shut off valves needed and corrosion on water main). Mason and Kris checked those items out, explained what the work involved would require, then gave estimates for those as well. Very appreciative of their time and professionalism.

Once again, a Great experience with a very knowledgeable technician Shawn C. I will recommend Nixco to anyone who asks.

Our technician Shawn Crank showed up right on time and diagnosed and explained the situation of the sewer back up in the kitchen. He then fixed the flooded sink and to my surprise cleaned the kitchen sink, counter and floor. I was extremely pleased and can only recommend Shawn with NixCo. Plumbing. He went over and beyond of my expectations.

We experienced a water backup in the kitchen sink after not being in the home for almost 3 weeks. The kitchen was mostly flooded and the water seeped into the carpet of the dining and living rooms in the open concept condo. A neighbor recommended Nixco. We come down from Michigan, so were glad to get a recommendation. We called them and they sent Shawn out. Shawn was super friendly and professional! He saw the mess and also arranged for a restoration company right away. Shawn and his collegue did a wonderful job explaining what happened, fixing the issue, cleaning up and making sure that everything was left perfectly, including making us feel comfortable with the process! Crew did a nice job clearing our kitchen sink blockage. They explained the repair with my wife. Had a good experience with Neyer Plumbing.

Nathan and Paddy came out to replace a pinched water pipe below my garage. They arrived when scheduled and completed it in one day, like they planned. They were both friendly and answered any questions I had. The job entailed jackhammering through the cement floor and digging about 4.5 feet down. They dealt with the challenges of the task. My water volume and pressure is now outstanding. As for the price, my condo association paid for it, so I have no knowledge.

We’ve had Chris McClure from Nixco multiple times. He’s always respectful, friendly, prompt and thorough. Today, he and his working partner, Paddy, replaced a sump pump in record time. They walked us through the operation and controls and cleaned up the work area. Highly recommend Nixco, Chris and Paddy.

Nathan was fantastic! We had a busted hose bib that flooded our basement. Within two hours of calling Nixco, Nathan had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. John, Jason & Greg came and fixed our sump pump lines that lead to the storm sewer. After they assessed our situation they came bk with a back hoe in a timely manner . They did an exceptional job! All 3 were very conscientious, extremely polite & professional and were able to fix our sump pump lines in the front yard. They operated a back hoe & even saved our sod! Once everything was finished they put everything back and our yard looks great w the sod placed back over the giant ditch they had to make. The new sump pump lines are operating perfectly. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing!
