Kris from Nixco came in less time than was quoted!! He was more than professional, didn’t pause until he had the leak diagnosed!! Nixco is the only plumber I will call from now on!!
Kyle was able to replace a copper valve with a 3/8 valve very quickly. We needed the new valve for a dishwasher replacement

Our water pressure was low. They came out and fixed it within 2.5 hours. They were right about what was wrong and now everything has been working fine. We will be calling back to talk about other options to assist with hard water build up.

We recently purchased a home with a 25-year-old gas water heater. While it still produced hot water, it took a very long time to heat up and the water had a strong odor. NixCo responded quickly to assess the situation and recommended replacement. They provided several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. Just two days later, Kris and Alex installed our new tankless water heater. We now get hot water quickly and the odor is completely gone. They did an excellent job, were extremely professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend NixCo!
The plumber that was at my home was on time, did as he said, answered all questions, was very nice to my children who were curious at what he was doing & kept everything clean. Couldn't ask for much more.

My water heater had been acting up- Nathan F. came out today and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was quickly able to give me the costs vs. benefits of fixing the heater or replacing it. He quickly got a new heater in for me, was very polite and went above and beyond to give me a great experience.
Was staying at my parents house and had a bad leak. They were able to come same day after calling around with 0 success. Replaced the shower faucet.
Audie Reed did an excellent job taking care of our issues as well as talking over some other options available to resolve some other things while he was here .

Kris Boyle et al. did a highly professional job of installing a Halo 5 water filter/conditioner. As an added benefit, they installed a water tap which will come in handy for measuring water pressure. Note that because of the metallic nature of the tank, what looks like moisture around the base is actually just a shadow accentuated by reflected light. No leaks here!

I noticed my dump pump wasn’t working after looking at it I couldn’t find the issue. Called Nixco and the quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Audie gave an ETA and arrived on time! He was very personable, knowledgeable and did his homework on our last repairs. He assessed the issue and much to our surprise, it was just the control panel in the battery back-up. No need for a new sump, only the battery & control panel. He also checked our hot water tank and noticed the expansion tank was faulty. Thanks Nico for being honest and forthcoming…it saved us money & prevented emergency situations. Being a NIXCO CBustomer is well worth it!!!

Kris Bole did an amazing job. He was very helpful explaining what we needed, cost and process of fixing. He was also very contentious of keeping my home clean(was raining terribly).
