I’ve used NixCo a couple times now for my business and have had a great experience each time. Would recommend! They are timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a problem one day and the next morning they were able to come out to assist me.

Saved by Nixco's Master Plumber John Krusling & Brennan - John quickly came up with a way to bypass the under-the-slab leak in my condo - and restored hot water to my bathroom. NO more cold showers there! After the leak locators found the nasty leak, John and Mason did heroic work drilling out the concrete, even had to have kitchen cabinets removed, butr they found the leak, replaced the pipes, filled the huge hole with concrete - took all day, but they got the job done, cleaned up, and restored my kitchen. Very grateful for their prompt, courteous, and thorough work - my house is "whole" again. Better than I had any reason to expect - Kudos to Nixco, John, and Mason!

Kris was our technician. He was very friendly and even worked us into an already packed schedule because he was afraid the leak at my Mother in law's house might get worse if we had to wait another day. He truly went the extra mile. Nixco truly cares about it's customers. We have used them for several projects between our own house and my elderly mother in laws' home. Always prompt. Great customer service, and excellent communication with the customer. We highly recommend this local Mason company.

Someone had dumped grease and oil down our large sink. Worse, they clogged it and did not let us know. When I found out about this, I contacted Nixco Plumbing, who came out the next day. Chris took care of the clog, cleaned/flushed the pipe and provided something to breakdown the grease. Our large sink is working perfectly and clog-free. I would recommend Nixco Plumbing for any plumbing issue!

We were extremely pleased with Audie Reed who evaluated the status of put existing Hot Water heater. He explained the options we had concerning either a repair or replacement of the unit. He then whet about his business doing a replacement. His work was of the highest quality. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Nixco is the absolute best! Their level of service is without peer in the industry. They'll let you know who is coming, a picture of the individual and some background on them. It personalizes the entire experience. Their plumbers are top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Audie took care of us today and he and his apprentice on hand were wonderful! They kept us informed, did a thorough job and cleaned the entire area. They had to add a couple of additional steps to complete the job but didn't increase the cost unnecessarily. Finally found someone to solve a problem plaguing us for months with a very simple diagnosis and solution. Update 2/5/26 Had them replace broken garbage disposal. Quick Availability, on time, and quality work

Incredible service Nathan, Alex and Paddy!! We had a floor drain issue where the pitch was not correct (from settling) from the floor drain going out to the main drain out of the house. We spoke with at least a dozen different plumbers and drain “experts” and everyone told us different stories on how to resolve the issue. I called Warren County building permits inspections and they recommended NixCo. Nathan came out to inspect our problem and immediately had a plan on how to fix the issue. Out of all the plumbers I spoke to, his knowledge and recommendation was the one I felt the most comfortable with. We needed about 25 ft (picture below was about 15 ft of repair) of foundation that needed to be jackhammered, new PVC with proper fall and concrete put back. Nathan, Alex and Paddy were always on time, very professional/polite and kept me posted on everything and always happy to answer any questions. Great price, great customer service! I would highly recommend and use NixCo.

Our drains we backing up. I called at 4pm and was able to get someone out next day at 8am. They sent Audie and he did a great job. Made sure everything was working and explained what happened and how to keep it from happening again. Great service! Thank you Audie

Just had Kris and Mason come out to look at our softener and test our hardness. Had a great experience with them both and appreciate their hard work and efforts. Having them put in a new water softener in sometime soon, can’t wait for more excellent service!

Sewer line repair waterline I had no water sewer l in would not flow

We had an issue with our drain that was causing a leak when our washing machine was on. From the staff member that initially took my call to Shawn who came out and was so patient and kind and solved the problem ( and an extra one) , the entire process was actually pleasant. We have had many plumbers throughout the years and Nixco is definitely my favorite! They even called the day after to make sure I was happy with the work! Very class act operation and I will definitely be calling them again with if any other plumbing issues come up. Thank you Nixco!!

Had a fabulous service call with Audie. He very efficiently fixed our tub and even noticed something with the hot water heater and was able to fix that in the same visit!

I have utilized Nixco since I moved here 8 years ago. I had 2 issues today..a sink not draining and a toilet seat that broke!! I called yesterday and Mary was friendly and quickly scheduled me for today. I definitely recommend Nixco for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used Nixco to install a water heater, modify the plumbing to my refrigerator water filtration system, and most recently they fixed a problem with water backing into my dishwasher. Todd and Paddy did a great job fixing the water backup issue I have been experiencing most recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without overselling beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. This kept the price down. In 2018, Todd also installed my water heater. He fitted it with a tub under the water heater and a pcv pipe to the basement drain. I’ve never had a problem with the water I’ve been using Nixco for 15 to 20 years. I started with Nixco with my previous house and continued after moving into a condo. They are trustworthy, reliable, and they don’t oversell.

Jared and his assistant (sorry forgot his name) were prompt, polite, professional, and answered all my questions! I was given options to fix my plumbing issue, a first! I will request Jared again if possible!

Chris and Alex came out to update my sewage pump. I bought the pump and they did a great job installing it, including a new plastic 8-bolt cover. Chris worked extra hard to get the sump sealed for both water and gas leaks. They wanted to use a different check valve, but I wanted to keep my specialty one for quiet operation. Honestly didn't see a need for a different check valve as mine was 2 months old, so they agreed and used mine. Great guys to work with. They are sensible and knowledgeable.

I had a few pluming jobs and needed a professional. I have used Nixco in the past and didn’t hesitate to call when this need arose. I was able to get a fast appointment, confirmation emails and a text to alert me of their ETA. Chris Mc arrived on schedule and wore protective footwear to protect my floors. He went from task to task providing options and quotes before work began - it turns out I didn’t need as extensive repairs as I thought and saved some $$. The completed work was perfect and the space left clean. I have no regrets engaging Nixco and can highly recommend them for projects large and small.

I noticed my dump pump wasn’t working after looking at it I couldn’t find the issue. Called Nixco and the quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Audie gave an ETA and arrived on time! He was very personable, knowledgeable and did his homework on our last repairs. He assessed the issue and much to our surprise, it was just the control panel in the battery back-up. No need for a new sump, only the battery & control panel. He also checked our hot water tank and noticed the expansion tank was faulty. Thanks Nico for being honest and forthcoming…it saved us money & prevented emergency situations. Being a NIXCO CBustomer is well worth it!!!

Good experience from initial contact through installation. Scheduling appointment was easy, and I appreciated the reminders for the appointment and the notice when the technicians were on the way. Nathan and Mason did an outstanding job with the installs; efficient, clean, great quality. I appreciated their expertise, answering questions thoroughly, and very personable.

Nixco was able to send someone out within a hour of calling for service. Shawn did a great job explaining why my sewer line backed up a second time in just a couple of months. He was able to clear the clog and gave me recommendations for keeping that line clear. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely use Nixco again.
