Nixco is fantastic as always. They come quickly to address issues and find a way even with challenging situations. I never have to worry when they come.

Todd was extremely kind and quick to fix an emergency flood situation.

Kris and Owen are great extremely professional and did the job right! Cleaned up the space better than it was when they got here!

👍👍

We love Nixco, they are extremely polite to us, solve all problems, and go above and beyond to make things right. Our last appointment was with Shawn and Kyle, to install a second floor washer. Small issues ensued, but they were resolved before the day was done! We love being able to call for issues knowing we will have a very qualified person working in our home .

Todd did a great job at my place of business

NixCo Plumbing, Inc. Shawn & Kyle I highly recommend! Very professional, dependable, on time and they make sure that you the homeowner understands what’s going on and how the problem can be cured. I have been a NixCo customer for the past 6 years and they never disappoint!!! Jared was awesome!! He came to my house to look at my issue on 7/14/26 . Immediately knew what was needed! Returned 7/16/26 to complete the work. He was prompt, professional and answered all my questions! Thanks, Jared!! NixCo never disappoints!!

Kris did a great job repairing the shower pipe that broke off in the wall. He did minimal damage to the drywall and had the shower up and running in 30 min! I recommended him to my neighbors and he will be requested when they’re ready for their job!

Todd was awesome!! Professional and so fast at fixing the leak! Thanks!!!

Shelby was awesome. On time, great personality, easy to talk to and made it simple for me to understand. I will be calling him again for any future problems. Thank you Shelby!!!!! The main reason I chose this company was the reviews. I see why.😄. Very satisfied with the service.

John knew exactly what the issue was and quickly resolved my faulty return valve to give me back hot water!

Nixco has quality technicians who always have the best customer service. We especially love John K who always has a smile on his face and gets the job done.

Mason from Nixco Plumbing gave us options for repair or replacement. He had the part he needed in his truck and was able to successfully make the repair in about a half hour. He did a great job and was very pleasant.

I noticed my dump pump wasn’t working after looking at it I couldn’t find the issue. Called Nixco and the quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Audie gave an ETA and arrived on time! He was very personable, knowledgeable and did his homework on our last repairs. He assessed the issue and much to our surprise, it was just the control panel in the battery back-up. No need for a new sump, only the battery & control panel. He also checked our hot water tank and noticed the expansion tank was faulty. Thanks Nixco for being honest and forthcoming…it saved us money & prevented emergency situations. Being a NIXCO CBustomer is well worth it!!!

I can make it simple. My tech August was on time and explain everything that he was going to do He did it in a timely manner. He came with a smile and a hand shake and he left with a smile and a hand shake.I felt as though my family member came and did work. Thanks so much August and Nixco Plumbing.😃

Throughout the job, he was courteous, friendly, and focused on providing outstanding customer service. Shawn is a great representative of Nixco Plumbing, and I would highly recommend both him and the company to anyone in need of quality plumbing services. Thanks John H.

Very knowledgeable, extremely neat and very friendly. Did great work.

Nixco came to inspect slow draining sinks in bathroom and replace the two u-drains as well as change two pop-up sink drains that were no longer popping up. Shawn Crank came as scheduled on time. Job was fixed promptly and left everything perfect. Shawn was very conscientious to make sure all was perfect and great to work with. Highly recommend.

My fault, 2.5 hours cost $600 an hour, I think that’s a bit much. It was the shower and I wanted it done.

Very nice and professional. Would highly recommend.

In my experience, Nixco has some of the best plumbers we've used over the years. Today, Mason replaced our leaky bathroom faucet and had to do a deeper dive behind the faucet to get the job done. He was confident, efficient and professional. Thanks, Nixco, for doing a great job hiring great plumbers!!!

Mason came over today before a holiday and saved me! I was barely charged and he fixed everything immediately without price gouging me. You all have a customer for life!

Had an issue with an outdoor faucet and a toilet that would not fill. Todd and Paddy arrived during the scheduled time window, assessed the issues and provided me with options on how to fix them. They took time to answer any questions, finished the jobs in a timely matter and cleaned up afterwards. Second experience with the company and no complaints.

Paddy and Todd were super helpful and quick resolving a backup we had!

I had a great experience with Mark Gossler at Neyer/Nixco Plumbing. My mother's hot water heater was leaking from a spot that the technician said was not usual. Instead of just replacing the part that was leaking, he spot checked multiple places around the house to find what was causing the leak and was able to fix all issues that day.

Audie is our guy ! He’s done an amazing big job on all of our plumbing needs .

We recently required emergency services and called Nixco on a Sunday afternoon. Our technician Jared McCall arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly began accessing the issue using a camera and determined the issue must be outside the house. He located the sewer cleanout and using his auger and camera found we had root intrusion in our pipe. He was able open the clog but determined he needed to return the next morning with more powerful equipment to fully break through the roots, which was completed in about 90 minutes. We were completely satisfied with Nixco and Jared’s professionalism. We will continue to use Nixco for future plumbing services.

Prompt arrival and quality work.

Called NixCo for a leaking PRV & they accommodated a quick appointment. Jared McCall, the service technician, assessed what was needed & recommended replacement. He explained the steps necessary and was able to complete the work very timely. I definitely recommend NixCo & Jared for plumbing services.
