We love Nixco, they are extremely polite to us, solve all problems, and go above and beyond to make things right. Our last appointment was with Shawn and Kyle, to install a second floor washer. Small issues ensued, but they were resolved before the day was done! We love being able to call for issues knowing we will have a very qualified person working in our home .

Kris did a great job repairing the shower pipe that broke off in the wall. He did minimal damage to the drywall and had the shower up and running in 30 min! I recommended him to my neighbors and he will be requested when they’re ready for their job!

Mason from Nixco Plumbing gave us options for repair or replacement. He had the part he needed in his truck and was able to successfully make the repair in about a half hour. He did a great job and was very pleasant.
I noticed my dump pump wasn’t working after looking at it I couldn’t find the issue. Called Nixco and the quickly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Audie gave an ETA and arrived on time! He was very personable, knowledgeable and did his homework on our last repairs. He assessed the issue and much to our surprise, it was just the control panel in the battery back-up. No need for a new sump, only the battery & control panel. He also checked our hot water tank and noticed the expansion tank was faulty. Thanks Nixco for being honest and forthcoming…it saved us money & prevented emergency situations. Being a NIXCO CBustomer is well worth it!!!

Shawn Crank came out the next day after I called Nixco to look at an issue with my sump pump and was able to put in a whole new system that same afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Nixco.

Nixco came to inspect slow draining sinks in bathroom and replace the two u-drains as well as change two pop-up sink drains that were no longer popping up. Shawn Crank came as scheduled on time. Job was fixed promptly and left everything perfect. Shawn was very conscientious to make sure all was perfect and great to work with. Highly recommend.
My fault, 2.5 hours cost $600 an hour, I think that’s a bit much. It was the shower and I wanted it done.

In my experience, Nixco has some of the best plumbers we've used over the years. Today, Mason replaced our leaky bathroom faucet and had to do a deeper dive behind the faucet to get the job done. Todd recently came out and help fix a clog in the drain that was on the second floor in our office. The drains were backing up and he was able to find the problem and get the drain moving again.

Todd and Hunter came out today and looked at a floor drain in our shop today. They were able to locate the problems and get the drain clean out in a timely manner.

Had an issue with an outdoor faucet and a toilet that would not fill. Todd and Paddy arrived during the scheduled time window, assessed the issues and provided me with options on how to fix them. They took time to answer any questions, finished the jobs in a timely matter and cleaned up afterwards. Second experience with the company and no complaints.

I had a great experience with Mark Gossler at Neyer/Nixco Plumbing. My mother's hot water heater was leaking from a spot that the technician said was not usual. Instead of just replacing the part that was leaking, he spot checked multiple places around the house to find what was causing the leak and was able to fix all issues that day.

We recently required emergency services and called Nixco on a Sunday afternoon. Our technician Jared McCall arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly began accessing the issue using a camera and determined the issue must be outside the house. He located the sewer cleanout and using his auger and camera found we had root intrusion in our pipe. He was able open the clog but determined he needed to return the next morning with more powerful equipment to fully break through the roots, which was completed in about 90 minutes. We were completely satisfied with Nixco and Jared’s professionalism. We will continue to use Nixco for future plumbing services.
