Plumbing Service in Washington Township, Ohio

Our new homeowner’s insurance is requiring one of those leak detector/whole house shutoff devices. Called these guys for a second estimate as I thought the first one was high. Not only was their estimate about 20% less for the same device, the plumber (Mason) said I can actually do it right now if you want. This was great as I already had blocked a half day off just for the estimate. He did a great on the work, made sure everything was cleaned up well, and walked me through the app setup. I will definitely use them again and request Mason.

I thought I needed repair of an outside faucet. Technician David, looked at the job and suggested not just replacing the faucet, but also moving it to another spot. This was brilliant! It fixed not just the leak, but put it in a much better place. (It originally came out in a finished room in the basement.) Now it is in a work area. Brilliant!!! I have used them and will continue using their services. 5-STAR.

I had Nixco do a sewer scope in the house I’m buying because my home inspector couldn’t. My technician Shawn was great - very knowledgeable, corrected some things the inspector had said, and shared a lot about the process. He shared different options I had but didn’t try to upsell me at all. They were able to get out quickly after I called. Only taking one star off because it took an hour for him to get to the house after receiving the text he was on his way, when the woman on the phone had said it would be 30 minutes or less. Still, I would definitely call them again!

Kyle did an excellent job getting my water back on. Quick, knowledgeable, clean. Will be using again!

May 29, 2026 NixCo technician Jared McCall provided excellent service for us. He performed a major toilet tank rebuild. Toilet not functioning properly and showing signs of wear. He presented various options and we were comfortable with the recommendation. He was efficient, personable and very professional. Even though I feel the cost is a bit high, we are confident in the work. NixCo provided plumbing service when our home was originally built and we have used them for our plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Neyer Plumbing. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would arrive and the plumber who made the service call (his name is Shelby) was top notch. The installation wasn’t easy b/c the kitchen is small and space is tight but Shelby didn’t let that deter him and did a great job. Very happy with the result. I definitely would recommend Neyer.

Got a surprise when I found my sump pump motor was burning up! Called Nixco and they came out right away! Shawn and Kyle had me fixed in no time. I will call Nixco for all of my plumbing needs!

Neyer (Nixco) Plumbing came out to fix my bathtub drain. Making the appointment was very easy, and they came out the same day. Dre came to repair my drain and he was highly skilled, friendly and a very nice guy. He was very upfront detailing the potential costs (fortunately, I just needed a new trip lever, so it was a very quick fix! I will definitely use this plumber again for all of my plumbing needs!

Nixco is my plumber of choice! Chris is always professional and friendly! Chris also put in my gas line for my wonderful no longer new GAS stove. Today I called about my water flow on the water line, AGAIN, Chris came through!

Chris did an excellent job installing a new backflow preventer, response was excellent, communication was excellent. Office staff was great. Price was a bit higher than I thought it should be for labor but I typically do my own work.

Kris Bole and Alex installed a new kitchen faucet for me today. They arrived on time and presented me with several options for the replacement. I elected to purchase the faucet from Nixco directly and they did the installation in less than an hour. Their work was very professional and I am pleased with the job they did.

Shawn was out today to fix a toilet and did a great job and on time.

Nixco plumbing Shawn C. from Nixco came out and replaced the dual check valve and the PRV at the main water line coming into the house. Shawn also replaced three lavatory faucets for us. He was very conscientious about his work and he did double check everything again after he was done. He went over and beyond answering questions we had. We will definitely ask for Shawn again when calling Nixco for future repairs.
